Point your iPhone at the skyline to see nearby summit names, heights, and distances. Labels follow the camera in portrait. Version 1.2.0 adds a landscape camera layout. Terrain checks help distinguish visible peaks from uncertain coverage.
Download free and try peak identification for three days. The trial starts with your first terrain-checked peak label in the live camera view. Afterward, choose a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. The trial does not subscribe you automatically. Version 1.2.0 restores permanent access for eligible customers who bought Peakaboo before it became free.
Nearby coverage downloads automatically. In version 1.2.0, Offline areas in About also lets you save an area before a trip. Keep the app open while downloading. Cached coverage works offline; travel beyond the downloaded area may require a connection.
